Amazing Art

We have been working hard on our poupou art. Pou are carvings that you can find in a whare. We have been having fun with the pou art. We have been using warm colours. Warm colours are like warm and fuzzy. Cool colours are like so cool that you will freeze. We also have been using complementary colours for our backgrounds. We had to use a blending technique so it gives it all the 3D look. I had a lot of fun when we got told that we could do art.

Amazing Factions

We have been learning about fractions, Ayanda and I love to do fractions. I can do fractions for the whole day. In my screencastify I am going to teach you about the numerator, the denominator and how to solve a fraction question. The work was hard at the start and then we got help with the fractions and I had fun. Do you like to learn about fractions ?

Try a Trickshot Now

For the first two days at school we have been learning about trickshots. We made a ping pong ball go into the cup it did go in to the cup. The plan was to make it bounce off the wooden floor and roll down a cardboard ramp into the cup. Our plan worked very well because we worked as a team and tomorrow we will add more. I had fun and I worked with my friends. Can you do this??

my crazy math eyes

Yesterday we learnt how to use our math eyes in the environment around us. I didn’t know that I had math eyes. Helping my friends made me think very hard. It made me wanting to do more with my friends. Do you have math eyes?

Times Tables

Last week I had a times tables test with Gina. Gina took me over to the library to take my  test she also brought some other people over. after I got tested I found out I need to learn my 5x, 6x, 3x, 2x. It was actually kind of fun learning my times tables. Then I went back to class and went to my friend and asked her if she can help me learn my 6’s and 3’s. Hopefully you enjoyed reading this

Action World

Yesterday I went to Action World. The first thing that the girls did was the water slide. We had an hour on the water slide. When we finished we did anything  we wanted to do. So the first one that I did was the Tarzan bars. When I finished, I went to the big trapeze. On the way there we were getting blown onto the road and it gets worse. On the way back to school there was sand from the beach hitting us.
