Try a Trickshot Now

For the first two days at school we have been learning about trickshots. We made a ping pong ball go into the cup it did go in to the cup. The plan was to make it bounce off the wooden floor and roll down a cardboard ramp into the cup. Our plan worked very well because we worked as a team and tomorrow we will add more. I had fun and I worked with my friends. Can you do this??

my crazy math eyes

Yesterday we learnt how to use our math eyes in the environment around us. I didn’t know that I had math eyes. Helping my friends made me think very hard. It made me wanting to do more with my friends. Do you have math eyes?

Times Tables

Last week I had a times tables test with Gina. Gina took me over to the library to take my  test she also brought some other people over. after I got tested I found out I need to learn my 5x, 6x, 3x, 2x. It was actually kind of fun learning my times tables. Then I went back to class and went to my friend and asked her if she can help me learn my 6’s and 3’s. Hopefully you enjoyed reading this

Action World

Yesterday I went to Action World. The first thing that the girls did was the water slide. We had an hour on the water slide. When we finished we did anything  we wanted to do. So the first one that I did was the Tarzan bars. When I finished, I went to the big trapeze. On the way there we were getting blown onto the road and it gets worse. On the way back to school there was sand from the beach hitting us.

In the last weeks we have been learning how plants grow . I have done an animation. It was fun we got to plant them. Learned that plants need water, soil and sunlight.

maker space

Last week on Thursday, we were doing maker a space and for maker a space we were learning about electricity. My group has done something with lemons, light bulb, alligator clips, coins and then we made a cut in the lemons so we can put the coins in the lemons. Then we put the alligator clips on the coins and we made a circle and then we bent the one part of the LED and we put the bent part going in the hole and the staight part of the LED and it made the little light go.
